Official discourse and the media stigmatize Iran for its desire to acquire nuclear weapons, forgetting that it is not the only bad student in the class.
Not only do other States have this weapon, without proclaiming it, but the countries which have possessed it since the Cold War do not reduce their arsenals significantly and even have pretensions to development. It is important for everyone to say again and again: nuclear weapons are, even more than any other, a weapon to be banned. It is illegitimate.
