What about the Gacaca jurisdiction which, in Rwanda, attempts to resolve the question of the genocide dispute through an original process of justice and reconciliation on the hills, led by men of integrity “called upon” to judge their alleged compatriots? guilty of crimes during the 1994 genocide?
