Kimberley Process: the last chance meeting?

This Monday, members of the Kimberley Process, the international diamond certification mechanism set up in 2003, met in Brussels. This plenary session is as anticipated as it is pivotal: if the need for reforms is increasingly felt, the window of opportunity is closing.
