Fight against impunity in Great Lakes Africa, the place of traditional jurisdictions

The work to combat impunity in Great Lakes Africa is one of the necessary steps in the long process towards the reconciliation of peoples. In this process, justice, which occupies an essential place, is an essential complement to the search for the truth of the unpunished acts of violence which have marked recent decades.
