Call for water security for all people on Earth

The health disaster due to the coronavirus is at the heart of today's concerns. The climate crisis that has already begun will also have catastrophic planetary consequences for the most fragile of Earth's inhabitants.

As part of the lessons to be learned from what is happening and what is being prepared, it is also essential to ensure our collective security, seriously endangered by the increasing scarcity of water, essential to all forms of life. This is what leads us to propose the creation of a Citizen Water Security Council at all levels: local, regional, national, continental, but also global.
