Study presentation: mining in the Lubero territory (DR Congo)

The Justice and Peace Commission of Barcelona presents the study carried out by BetterChain on mining (3T: tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold) in the Lubero territory and on the state of implementation of the duty of care

bannerlic.jpg This case study is part of the #ConflictMinerals campaign and the implementation of the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation which will come into force on January 1, 2021. It provides us with comprehensive and up-to-date information on the mining, risks of negative impact on the local community as well as due diligence. The presentation will take place in English and will include a question-and-answer session.
