Justice and Peace Europe is concerned about the increase in inequalities

The Episcopal Justice and Peace Commissions of Europe are protesting against the increase in economic and fiscal inequalities on the old continent as well as in the rest of the world.


Réunies ces jours derniers à Lisbonne pour leur assemblée annuelle, elles estiment dans leur document final que l’augmentation de la pauvreté menace la cohésion sociale et la démocratie. Les 31 commissions pointent du doigt un monde où 1% de la population possède 50% des profits.
