From March 6 to 9, 2023, the Justice and Peace Commission has the honor of welcoming its partners from the National Episcopal Conference of Congo (CENCO) and the Church of Christ in Congo (ECC) for an advocacy tour in Brussels.

The delegation will be composed of: Mgr Marcel UTEMBI (President of CENCO), Mgr Donatien NSHOLE (Secretary General of CENCO), Father Clément MAKIOBO (Executive Secretary of the CJP Congo), Cyrille Ebotoko (Member of the CJP Congo) and Reverend Eric NSENGA (Secretary General of the ECC).
On this occasion, they wish to organize a general public conference, Wednesday March 8, 2023, at Mundo-Madou, Avenue des arts, 7, 1080 – 1210, Brussels (Arts-loi metro).
They will address various issues relating to this year 2023, the year of the 4th cycle of Congolese elections:
- The security and humanitarian situation in the East of the DRC;
- Civic and electoral education;
- The inclusiveness of elections;
- Hate speech;
- Prevention of post-electoral conflicts.
A drink is planned after the conference so that the discussions can continue.
