Before answering this question, it is important to return to the difference between the terms 'independence' and 'decolonization' which are sometimes part of everyday language, without really knowing how to differentiate them. For Emmanuel Tshimanga: \u201cindependence only takes into account political questions while decolonization is much broader and includes social, economic, psychological and even philosophical aspects. \u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
