Belgium must rise to these challenges and take the plunge, like many other European countries which are in the process of developing similar domestic legislation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What are the chances of seeing a law on the duty of vigilance emerge in Belgium? What must be put in place to encourage the approval of such regulations?
