In its territory there are countless water sources that supply eight of the twelve hydrographic basins of Brazil Basin of Tocantins, S\u00e3o Francisco, Parna\u00edba, Western North-East Atlantic, Eastern Atlantic, Paran\u00e1, Paraguai and the gigantic Prata basin (which is located in the territory of Argentina, Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay). Although precious, the Cerrado water cycle is threatened.
