Nous souhaitons plut\u00f4t vous pr\u00e9senter les trois enjeux transversaux qui touchent \u00e0 notre vision de ce qu&rsquo;est la d\u00e9mocratie et qui s&rsquo;inscrivent aussi sur le terrain local.
